The first meeting was held with members of the project partners, FESB, FERIT, M.E.S. DIV and DIV. Some of the main topics of the project were discussed. State of the whole project was presented, an agreement was confirmed about responsibilities in designing key innovative solutions, some of the main values and dimensions were compared to previous solutions. Also, project start date and duration were set and certain purchasing specifications were agreed on among other things.

Another meeting was held shortly after the first one, covering more technical subjects like preliminary electricity balance and schematic diagram of the electrical system. Agreement on assignments in whole design was discussed as well.
